You must be at least 18 years old to use Avilo. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

You retain ownership of any content you post on Avilo (photos, bios, captions, messages). By posting, you grant Avilo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without notice.
Avilo connects you with real people nearby. While we take extensive measures to verify users and maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee your safety when meeting in person. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment.
Always meet in public places for the first time. Trust your instincts. If you feel unsafe, use the block and report features immediately. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Avilo is not liable for any harm that results from in-person meetings arranged through the platform.
All Avilo branding, code, design, and content (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Avilo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Avilo without our written permission.
Avilo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use Avilo ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of Avilo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of NSW, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
